its cheap  compared to what you get I found a strict foreclosure in Oregon that their site was on the only one tracking it and we made over 300k on that one deal. 

I am able to do majority of the work involved and have been in trades for over ten years.

Far more than most real estate acitivies and much quicker think about it.. you sell the same info over and over and get paid instantly you have no roofs to fix no tenants to manage etc etc.. you do have reputation management of course.

To save my fingers from typing the same thing over and over, I wrote a blog on BP with my tips and tricks.

However, if you are profiting over 6 figures, the property might be too expensive to live in order to truly house hack.

I don't know if you are referencing our 4.7 star rating on Google or 4.8 on BP or our 74 NPS rating over the ~1,200 loans we closed last year, but our customers are pretty clear, Loanbidz customers are very well taken care of.
