Currently renting out month to month fully furnished.

We’re getting so many nomad-worker tech-bro types moving here that medium-term furnished “executive” rentals in prime locations can fetch up to $30k/month (needs to be in a blue-chip location with super high-end luxury finishes/appliances/features obviously to rent for that much, and it’s seasonal, but still, it’s crazy).

He offers lots of information--most free, some he charges for--on medium-term furnished rentals. 

Now we have one furnished rental.

While you are waiting to refinance this one BRRRR you will need to fix it, furnish it, and place it on the short term rental sites. 

Just remember that good furnishings and Great photos go a long way.

(would also be open to do a 6-month furnished rental during non-Summer months...any market for this?)

@Mike Toole I’ve rented out properties furnished or partially furnished before.

Maybe they plan on donating the furniture (and you can call to schedule) or if the furniture is nice, and the market allows for it, you can buy the furniture from them and rent the unit furnished.  

Currently making plans on furnishing my STR which is out of state (I’m in NC and STR is in MT).
