Vacation rental purchase prices

Blake Wofford
Posted

I'm on the cusp of purchasing a 3 bed 3 bath 1450 sf vacation rental in Davenport Florida. HOA is $500. Great resort community with pool and the works. Does that sound like a property that would cash flow at that price? My biggest uncertainty is monthly occupancy rate. I know it will fluctuate.

I'm brand new and first property so I'm a bit nervous. Any advice would help.

Thanks

@Blake Wofford I don't see a purchase price so hard to say with any certainty.
