Hello! Looking to learn about the investment market in Spain

Too many licenses will disturb the local system, that is mainly how they think.I agree with @Mike Lambert that Spain in general is a year round option for tourists because outside of summer (which honestly sometimes becomes a bit too hot) the sun shines even in winter times with very comfortable temperatures.

Thanks for having me, I'm really looking forward to being integrated into a such an awesome group of people.I am new to Real Estate, I've been a door to door salesman for the past 3 years (I'm 23 now), after 3 winters of battling strangers on their doorsteps in -40 below temperatures I've lost the feeling in my knuckles but saved up about $200k.

Flooring for non-temp controlled FROG?

If you install during the hotter season you risk the floor most likely gapping and coming apart during the winter or buckling during the inverse. If you are set on some type of hard surface flooring a dehumidifier could help reduce some of the risk for the time being, since changes in humidity and moisture are actually what cause expansion and contraction not temperature, they usually are just tied hand in hand. The larger the room the more the floor will move.
