Hi everybody!

James Bailey's in the house. I come from Edmonton, Alberta. Thanks for having me, I'm really looking forward to being integrated into a such an awesome group of people.

I am new to Real Estate, I've been a door to door salesman for the past 3 years (I'm 23 now), after 3 winters of battling strangers on their doorsteps in -40 below temperatures I've lost the feeling in my knuckles but saved up about $200k. I left my job, registered for University, and have been consuming knowledge on Real Estate for the past while, eager to make a move and start growing my "money tree."

I found this forum through another forum (Fastlaneforum) that is all about entrepreneurship. I think one of the most important parts of becoming successful is surrounding yourself with success. After creeping through the forum i find myself admiring a lot of you, Im really excited to pick your brains and kick a little *** myself!

Thanks,

James
