When I was selling residential solar I assessed 3-6 homes a day and often saw FPE panels with charring around where a breaker had been overheating for awhile and started arcing because it failed to trip, causing the breaker to melt and the wood framing the panel was mounted on to start burning.

Also, sometimes the local store will sell you a fits-all kit of parts for less money than the original part... this is common for things like fan motors, where you can get a kit with a motor and several mounting brackets and just use the bracket you need.

In Milwaukee we have the news starting to pick up on it and we see bad press every week, leading to mounting public and legislative pressure.

Flush mount, we inserted it into the wall so that the back end is in the closet.

Hi,Anyone familiar with Mount Carmel, PA as an LTR market?

We just paid about $30,000 total for fees for one new unit in Mount Vernon, WA.

I also have an umbrella policy via liability for anything else around furinuture, natural causes, etc.I also work with insurance brokers by sending MTR tenants referrals that work within their contract and have them on a temporay contract which comes to a small a mount everymonth.

But in the beginning standing at the bottom, the stairs looked like Mount Everest! 

I would do a top mounted sink instead of an under mount.
