Materials That Can Withstand Abuse
Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone had any tips on finding quality materials when renovating that can withstand abuse. Things such as flooring, paint, countertops, etc. Specifically for a college rental. Obviously every landlord wants to make renovations last as long as possible, but for a college rental, durability probably comes before looks in my opinion. Are there specific types of flooring, or paint brands that you like to use, that are long lasting, as well as easy to clean. Parties are inevitable in a college rental, but being able to clean up the house at the end of the year and not have the smell of beer soaked into the floors would be great. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
Thanks
