You can use software to improve on systems that you already have but see a need to scale, or you can use software in your house flipping business that is not house flipping specific.For example as a Project Management Professional for over a decade, the best project management software out there in my opinion is MS Project.Similarly for cost management, the best thing you could possibly use is Quickbooks.

and usually done in less than 45 minutes LOL.. first one and then the monitor thinks I gave up and I say NO just done then they instant grade and I am newly minted.Now in MS when it took that brokers test for recip it was only 14 questions.. believe it or not.. so I did have to work out the math ones there were two.. but I got 12 out of 14 and passed that took all of 15 minutes.. more like a drivers test..
