From an agent perspective I would recommend the book Shift by Gary Keller.

Looking for like minded people to mode, guide, and learn from investing in these areas multi- family and flipping property.Also in Chicago areas, Illinois suburbs, Indiana, Gary, and South Chicago as well. looking to team up and learn on my own.

@Gary L Wallman, my comment isn't that it is right, I am just saying that Jason's argument is flawed as he is trying to say that so few people have COVID-19 yet all evictions are cancelled.

Start reading books: Millionaire Real Estate Investor (Gary Keller) is a good start.Watching Videos in You Tube: Bigger Pockets has a ton of content.

I'd recommend the Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller as a fantastic starter book to build your knowledge from.

Probably unless you can document some sort of income - Now you have ways to make money such as garage sale hustlin (check out Gary V on Facebook, Insta etc) Selling things online and various other ways to make money - none of it's overnight but definitely more ways to make money than when I was in college besides the traditional W2 job.
