Typically a house in that condition (uninhabitable) cannot be financed, however there's a chance the bank from which you are purchasing the house may be persuaded to finance it.  

For these reasons, I’ve spent a lot of time the past couple of months looking into the FL marketplace.I don’t know much about NH either but I agree that Western Mass and parts of Rhode Island and CT have deals that cash flow.

Currently building (quadruplex) is uninhabitable due mostly to a retaining wall that was built behind and never permitted.

Taiwan is an island right next to China, has huge investments in China, probably 10% of their population was working in China, and has a different government (Democratically Elected) than China (Communist).

I’ve been to a bunch of Canadian conferences and am currently heavily invested on the island, but we are interested in expanding into the US.  

Unless there is a significant amount of rehab needed to one or more of the units that make them uninhabitable a conventional loan should do the trick.
