I am interested in what your routine is and why it helps with your success.4:00 - wake up4:15 - coffee made4:30 - read and post in bigger pockets for 30 minutes5:00 - Conduct market research for 30 minutes5:30 - Check personal emails6:00 - Hygiene6:15 - leave for the gym (listening to BP Podcast along the way)7:00 - workout for 1 hour8:00 - Shower8:30 - relax for 30 minutes before starting the day job (Navy)9:00 - begin work.What really ended up happening on the first day:4:00 -  hit snooze4:09 - hit snooze again4:18 - awake and lie to myself for 5 hours9:00 - start work with less sleep and in no better shape than I did the day before.I obviously plan to make this much better and to actually follow the routine.

I have also worked with good, honest, and reliant contractors, who may not be as clean as the other contractors, but definitely are humble, honest, and allow you to relax when you hire them for the job.Where I would start first to find the contractor-of-choice is word of mouth.

Starting out you need the leverage, you need to get someshere, $60k (one and done) no good, not enough diversity to keep your momentum on track  - need to dig deep and need to take the plunge -The first one was the toughest one for me, then I figured out the rest of the marketplace and dynamic, now this is muscle memory and I enjoy replicating the success over and over again, not only for self but for many others.
