After hearing forum suggestions, my business name logo would read Sea Breeze Home Solutions with a tag line something like, "We Buy Houses, We Provide Solutions" I want a logo that will convey Trust and Reliability and be clearly understood.This is when I'll use the logo ( tell me if this is correct) For business cards, Website, Craigslist Ad, and maybe CarMagnets.I don't need the logo for: yellow letters/postcards in my first mailings to sellers then use it after 3 or so mailing to them.

Only other things I removed were places that were bank owned.2) I was able to make the list my self very easily from public records available via my MLS system (I am a licensed agent).3) I paid $79.20 for the 240 first class postcard stamps.
