I just don’t want to make anymore decisions based off of emotion.

I've had to explain this to many insureds as well as their attorneys when they're served with a lawsuit and are upset because they thought the title policy guaranteed them they'll never have a problem and they want to be reimbursed for their inconvenience and emotional upset. 

I'm itching to get into the real estate game soon, but also trying my best to not act on emotions.

Definitely the first step to a successful real estate investment and don't ever let emotions or excitement get in the way of that!

All of my people I use leap up as soon as I come in the room and drop what they are doing cause they are emotionally more invested in me then their other projects. 

Buying a condo or house is pure business and numbers get rid of as much emotion as possible.

I hope I’m misreading, @Chris Howell, but you don’t seem to want to take the advice given here.These guys will drag you through as many emails, over as long a period of time as they can, to get you emotionally invested and to create urgency because you now probably need to close quickly.
