General vs Special Warranty deed
Hi guys, do I understand correctly that in order to protect myself better I should:
1) use a special warranty deed to transfer a property from my personal name into an LLC?
1) use a special warranty deed to transfer a property from my personal name into an LLC?
2) use a general deed to transfer that property back from the LLC back into my name?

Makes no difference here....
The difference is just that the Seller is promising to defend claims on title to the Buyer occurring for different periods. You are both buyer and seller, so what difference does it make.
BTW, there is No value in doing what you stated, just for the sake of doing it..why is this suggested to you?
