Start learning SEO to rank your site higher.  

I am seeking an SEO website with IDX and chat, a CRM that tracks client search activities, automatic text and email alerts and responses.

Everything works and nothing works.If this were not so, there would not be so many methods to get leads.Although there is one best supreme method, but the problem with this is... there can only be one person to fully benefit from this method per market (SEO) if they know what they are doing.

Just looking to see if anyone has had any large success in any new SEO tactics.  

I was poking around and saw your year old question about storage podcasts and just finished listening to podcast 138 (Bigger Pockets Real Estate series) which is Self Storage, Systems and SEO with Michael Rogers. 

I’ll ask my SEO.  

SEO, website, etc.- cost of leads/contact lists- costs of dialers and CRMs to effectively lead generate and follow-up with all contacts- time invested to learn your target market(s)- time invested to learn the sales side of your business (aka lead conversion)- much more... i'm sure some of our fellow BP members can chime in here...If you're willing to do all of this to start a brand new business as a wholesaler, I'd say go for it!

Websites/blogs can be a little tricky, but I've learned a lot from YouTube videos and making sure the SEO of my website is doing what it should be and not working against me. 

-After my first wholesale deal I'll likely invest in targeted direct mailers, a little SEO/pay per click and website management, and the same developer I'm familiar with can build and manage a FB page, write webiste blogs etc.

@Satish Chandra - as an Manager/Operator in the industry, we assume a 3-month "Ramp-up" period for the listing to gain traction and build its SEO in the market.
