Seeking a recommendation for a marketing lead generation product

Which product is the most effective for real estate agents? I have researched Real Geeks, Boldleads, CINC, KvCore , Boomtown, Househunt, Agent Image, Great Agent, etc.  I am seeking an SEO website with IDX and chat, a CRM that tracks client search activities, automatic text and email alerts and responses. Google adwords and facebook ads.  Has anyone used any of these products and what did you like or dislike.  How did it help your business and did the company provide good support?
