Short Term Rental Management
Hi Gurus,
I'm into short term rental in Asheville, NC from last one year and I use management company, who post in all leading sites(airbnb, vrbo etc..,) . I'm having decent bookings through out the year, mostly weekends. Still, I'm not into margins, but just breakeven.
Do I need to be patient to see the margins or should I change the management company, if so, what are the recommendations. I love to know the experienced investors insight. Thanks in advance
