The city is going fine you every time there is a weed in front of your property, every time the police are called on your tenants and every time there is trash in front of your property.  

I’m inspired that, in spite of your challenges, you’re moving forward to fulfill your goals and dreams.

I've read through the forums and I am inspired by many of the success stories found on these forums.Currently, I've read through J Scott and Brandon Turner's books; Good resources and lays the foundation quite well.I'm aware of the pitfalls many newcomers fall into, and with the tight market I'm sure it's not the easiest of paths.Doesn't matter.

As many others, I have been inspired by flippers on HGTV (I understand that there's more work put into it than is shown on TV).

Thought I'd share my story and hope it would inspire someone else to go for it like so many of the stories here inspired me.My interest began when I was in college learning to be an xray tech.

Lastly, any books you recommend that helped inspire you?

Hopefully a new investor will read this and be a little inspired or motivated.
