It is more so doing my due diligence on knowing for sure that the stuff I learned and am going to implement is completely legal and for me to know what not to do because I have learned from people doing it living in the US and doing it state to state virtually, I don't know what differences I would be faced with doing it in across country.

Then I bought some and collected rent.Others will mention various odd-job things you can do to earn money, like bird-dogging and whatnot, but that's probably not your personally best way to earn money, so mostly a waste of time.

@Kenneth Freire I did Bnb for a few years and I would definitely keep things as a long term rental.Bnb you need a hole team and what not to keep making money and if that team is messed with then you stop making money.To me I don't think it's worth the work compared to long term rentals.

Part of the issue could be they speak broken English so there could have been a gap in my understanding of what they did before I called the appliance repair guy.I call a appliance repair company to come out and they state the customer is using too much soap/wrong type of soap and educate them on what not to do.
