Realtor looking to Wholesale. Best way to conduct my deals?

Hi I am a Realtor and I would like to start wholesaling. As you know Realtors have a higher responsibility with the NAR to keep things very ethical rather than an agent who is not a Realtor.. I would like hear how you guys are conducting your deals and what NOT to do? Should I only do double closings to protect myself?... Do I NEED to open and LLC & Do I have to tell my broker If I have the LLC, etc... would just love to start this forum to help Agents like myself keep their license, so any info is valuable!
