30 Year Male living in Buffalo NY. I hope to buy my first Investment property before the end of 2017. Either buy and hold or flip.. I'd like to focus on buy and hold. If anybody has any advice especially someone in the Buffalo area would be appreciated

Hey Paul Holtham i have property in buffalo and i have to say its a good market to invest! I would advise you to be sure of the neighborhood you invest in because some have a high tax rate which cuts down your profit a lot. There are a lot of good buy and hold neighborhoods but you have to scout the deals and make sure you get a good buy. Not all the houses on the market seem to be how they are stated so he sure to do inspections and whatnot.
