I also have accounts with smaller likes who do specialized items, like cabinets and countertops.I put together a list of everything I need for the project (2x toilets, 1 48x60 shower base, 450 sqft tile, 200x 4x8 1/2 sheetrock, 15 buckets of green lid mud, ect) and shoot it off to everyone.

I was able to run ducts to the mud room but there is also a utility room that's hard to reach.

If you were to do the full building it would be very cheap on a per board cost to hang, tape, mud, etc.

So the wife suggested pieces of 3/8 drywall then mud layers (she does our finishing) & it worked.

Once the walls were down we soon discovered a couple of near misses from past contractors to the main water supply line running up stairs as well as a perfect shot from a finishing nail into the PVC drain.Needless to say cabinets would have to wait and the walls came down and went back up.Walls were up and although not ready to mount cabinets till a couple more rounds of mud can be applied we pushed ahead with laying the kitchen and bathroom tile.Up in Apartment 11 grout is in and cleaned up and the toilet has found its new home, this one is a marked improvement form the old one we tore out.
