Bay View I guess I'd call B+ to A, lots of young adults with careers and family, and currently a very desirable place to live.

folks - I am unable to find profitable opportunities after factoring in all costs including property management and taxes in NJ in desirable areas.

Currently I am changing direction with the market and starting to do some new construction, creating notes, and still flipping a few properties.I am now wanting to meet and network with others that have the same drive and desire for getting the most out of life.  

There are great areas(suburbs) which would attract more desirable tenants but of course cost more (duplexes and SFH starting around 130k up to millions) close to the water.

That depends on your end goals, begin with the end in mind and work backwards to see what is best for reaching your desired goals.

These 2 are "house for sale to be moved" and we will have them moved to our property to connect to existing utilities, rehabbed, and rented as 1 bedroom efficiencies.It is my desire to switch to real estate full time.
