My name is Corey Grant. I'm a network engineer by day at a small community bank in Polk County and a land lord by night. My wife and i have 6 kids and we are managing 4 units. Currently, we are working to have 2 more units onine before the end of the year! These 2 are "house for sale to be moved" and we will have them moved to our property to connect to existing utilities, rehabbed, and rented as 1 bedroom efficiencies.

It is my desire to switch to real estate full time.
