Hello
Hi. I'm a recent college graduate and started my job about a month ago. I've always been someone fascinated with owning a business and the past few months have gotten really excited about the idea of seriously building a real estate business. Owning a business has been a dream of mine for a long time, with the ideas changing but the desire staying the same. Since I have time, my youth, and now money, I figure there's no time like the present to get started. I'm looking for a great duplex in the Buffalo, NY area that's a good deal. I'm stuck in limbo not really knowing how to be sure of that and what other first steps are. If anyone has any tips, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks all!
