I can help with cold calling.Cost per lead is usually going to be in the $20-$50 dollar range (assuming a VA cold caller with native English) and a cost of about $0.20 per record for them to call potential motivated sellers (high equity, certain age, etc).CAC is going to depend on your conversion skills, but within 3-6 months can be $1500 to $5K depending on how many leads it takes you to close them.

Yeah..ok...And all teachers should have kids first...All doctors should have lots of medical issues before they can practice....All dentists should have lot of dental issues before they can practice...Every waiter should owner a restaurant before they can wait tables....Every car salesman should have bought multiple new cars before selling any....I get your point..... it would be great if every realtor had to have real life home ownership under their belt, so they have that BTDT experience..... but not gonna happen

Depending how much you earn you can step up those savings by getting a side-hustle in any part of real estate....working for a top Real Estate office on weeknights and weekends, working for an RE Investor, working for a General Contractor and learning a few skills, etc.
