It’s disturbing to me watching these people struggle day to day and thinking buying assets is so impossible.

We can do whatever you want as long as you don’t disturb anyone or destroy it.

Im assuming this is due to not wanting to disturb the tenants in place.

I have a friend that works law enforcement in this area and the stories I hear are disturbing.

It's a bit disturbing that the "impartial" closing agent is providing legal advice to the seller (I assume the seller chose the closing agent?).

Also had a young lady that rented for about 2 1/2 years under the program, got herself together and eventually purchased her very own home. so there are good tenants if you take the time to screen them.bad ones that i thought were going to be ok ended up with a boyfriend hanging around and police being called for disturbances all the time, or the lady that was taking care of her granddaughter but would allow her sons to stay there a few nights sometimes, well he tried to make a drug buy something went wrong and someone shot at him hitting my place, Now she had never been a problem and kept the place well but i later found out the son & a sister was living there for two month while the tenant was staying out of town with a friend.Section 8 get's a bad rep but not all voucher holders are bad tenants.Sometimes landlords just want the money and don't care who they put in their units as long as that voucher amount covers the rent.

That is the only “disturbing” thing in the 10 years with that property.

The whole bees with honey approach did not work with her at all - maybe it did as we got most of what we needed but there are still a few things that would save our new bookkeepers a LOT of time to get payroll rolling and she's not providing it - What I dont get is the payroll issue really isn't just about me - it could potentially affect our staff which is the most frustrating - a lot of folks are paycheck to paycheck and need the money to hit their accounts when they count on it and looking to sabotage my team in a round about way really disturbs me. 

Or a larger property where tha seller does not want to disturb the tenants and has hired a broker to sell the property quietly.

Tenants have the right to not be disturbed by other tenants.
