It's a quick read, and it's fiction, but the message is great.Perhaps it's not the right approach, but I think The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller is both motivating and quite encompassing.

Just finished The One Thing by Gary Keller and next on my list is E-Myth@Tiger M.Invest in debt is one of the best books i've ever read on RE/notes/debt, definitely a great pickup
