Books For 15 year Old

My son is very interested in marketing and also has a growing interest in RE. He loves to go through houses before muck out if there is a ton of stuff and search for treasures. He asked me about good marketing books to read, and I suggested he read Think and Grow Rich. He is going to attempt to read the book. Are there any suggestions a 15 year old may stay interested in, related to marketing and even better if the book is related to RE?

I recommend every person reads the the book "The Richest Man in Babylon" by George Clason. It will teach personal finance, saving, investing and getting to work making money instead of sitting around. Very motivational in my opinion.
