It keeps crashing when I do searches and when I browse, sending me back to the home screen.

Here's a few tips to get you going if you haven't already done them...1) set up keywords for your area and any interests you may have so that you are notified when they're used on the site2) read through The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to get an overview of REI3) Go to the meetups in your area (find some here  and browse the site)Don't be afraid to ask any questions you might have as there are a lot of knowledgable people on BP.

Check out the podcasts, webinars, blogs and browse through the forums, you'll find them very resourceful.Wishing you great success!

I feel like you can't really browse as much online as you can by walking around.

I have been browsing the outer NYC areas like Allentown PA & even NJ for possible markets.

But I almost exclusively use my phone for browsing access, and I'm not seeing anything within the site to keyword search through the forums. 

I have been browsing the forum listening to podcast but I feel it's so much it's overwhelming.
