Hello everyone! I am Chris from Illinois.

I have been browsing for awhile and figured it's a good time to start actively posting. My wife and I both work full time and have a 6-month old son. We purchased a short sale home in February as our primary residence and also own a condo in Chicago that we lived in but now has tenants. Their lease is up in April 2017.

Our goal is to start investing in real estate - primarily multiple family building (2-4 units) and rehabbing/flipping. Our goal is to own multiple buildings and ultimately do this full time and work for ourselves. We would like to purchase our first building in the next 6 months to 1 year.

I have a lot to learn and plenty of reading to do and I am always open to advice, success stories, failures, etc.

- Chris
