Hi there.  My name is Rich Caneba, and I look forward to being a member of this community.  I'm mostly interested in the business, legal, and tax side of real estate investing, but of course I'm just curious about most things here.

In any case, I'll be active in the upstate new york area and central pennsylvania, as I'll be living in State College starting mid august.
