New investor
Hi BP,
I'm new to real estate investing and have really enjoying browsing BP forums and feel like I'm learning a lot so far. I'm interested in buy and hold small multi unit investing. Any opinion if it's easier to rent 2, 3, or 4 bedroom units? Thanks all!
