Posting on BP and sharing real estate information with your sphere of influence (and social media) is a great way to get started.

It’s a ‘this year only’ scenario based on a one time rule change and a one time extension but most people with real estate sales from 2019 are still on the OZ clock without realizing it.As mentioned above, check with your CPA, but please mention the above scenario.

OZ investment deadlines have been extended through July 15 for those whose deadline would have fallen between April 1 and July 15.
