Have been for 6 months but it wasn’t recently declared until end of June, due to how they define recessions.Real estate will not see any major drop like 08-09. 4 months ago I thought there would be a drop, but there wasn’t.

At this point I ceased all communication via texts and did all my communication thru the AirBnB portal as well as called them to make them aware that he may call and complain.Below is some screen shots of the conversation,...In the end AirBnB sided with the guest and declared it vermin and refunded him $221.00 which they deducted from a later payout for us.
