If you enter a neighborhood and you immediately lock all doors from the inside, and check to make sure your gun is loaded, you are in class D no doubt.On the other hand, most class A+ neighborhoods as you drive through you cannot see the houses from the street. 

I'd say it would be important to see how much more you would make renting MTR.

Old and outdated buildings - These non brick built in 1900's buildings are 95% likely to need a full gut rehab, and at the asking prices or even under, these major scale rehabs don't make too much sense.

I agree with the input, but wanted to make sure. 

U dont hear much about it .. its a niche and anyone who has taken back a seller carry back note usually gets a few direct mail peices offering to buy your note.. thats all it takes  its public record make contact offer to buy .. etc. 

So I definitely don’t want to rush into anything and make sure it’s the right area, but  would like to get the ball rolling on this.
