I am new to Bigger Pockets. Have been searching for some listings for apartment buildings. I have two questions:

(i) Where can I find commercial listings on the Bigger pockets platforms? 

(ii) Can anyone recommend an agent in the Philadelphia area who specializes in apartment buildings?
