The problem is if the owner gets caught and implement you, it could implement you in a scheme to fraud the federal government.

Even though it is a business, the government says it does not get the corporate tax rate or the small business tax rate. 

To operate a business without first knowing the regulations governing your business is wreckless at best.

It lets me know that the government anticipates growth. 3) Find a vacant structure that can be leased "as-is" or very close to it, or an undervalued performing commercial asset.

I doubt they will extend it to the "A" lending portfolio as many of them have thriving "B" portfolios due to the extremely difficult lending environment the federal government has created in an attempt to help the affordable housing problem that was created by them in the first place.

We still think it's a "Good Thing" if the government pays for something, forgetting that the government has no money of it's own.

If they need government subsidy for housing maybe they should be living in C or D properties not  high end properties.

It is better to lock interest at historically low rate (4.7%) using government to back the lender than find your "private" bank failed his obligation leaving you with nothing.

I will be retiring from my job soon (gotta love government employment) and will be taking a more active role in my properties than before and want to better organize what I have.
