Looking to acquire a property from Five Stream Ventures. Any one have any feedback on them and/or their performance? 

So no Board, nothing to manage except State law...the organization docs for the HOA should have identified when the developer maintained control, the terms for it to be turned over and at turnover you would establish a legislative body which would be the Board...

An auto body shop across the street that "stores" cars needing work there.Since abandoning the home, major landscaping would also be needed to clean up the walkway to the water.

It’s really weird up here, I tried reaching out on Nextdoor app and no body knew what a “wholesale” is.

Local government is NOT "Big Government", there is a distinction between these 2. 

We bought a property that we feel is assessed by the our local government too high.

I than thought it was tenants, all the "what if's"; what-if they have a fire, what-if there is a shooting, dead body, drug raid, break-in, squatters, feces art, etc etc etc.....
