I am quite sure agents have left eXp and my educated guess is that there is natural attrition, that some who got in as new agents just never made it (same as any other brokerage), some retired (albeit if they built a team they at least have residual income coming in), and perhaps some it just ended up not being a good fit for them.

99% of emails provided by skip tracing companies are wrong, and the residual 1% end up in the spam folder.

When any contractors work on my projects I give then a form with a set of rules that states something like:no smoking inside the houseflush toilet paper down the toiletdon't pour your cut tile or any other residue or trash on the lawndon't ask for money until the job is finishedwork on the job every day without going to other jobs.

Personally, I prefer RE over stocks because it is much easier to generate passive residual income.

I was surprised that the simple green got off more residue even after I used the TSP. 

Also the residuals from recruitment is a major one at eXp although that's thankfully being eclipsed by actual active R.E. activities, so less "MLM" and more "MLS".
