So we passed, at least for now, there wasn't enough meat on the bone to pay up for property, even college rentals in a rustbelt midwestern town with few prospects for growth.Maybe if the seller comes down a bit in price we will revisit sometime in the future.

I'm left with a couple options. 1) Get a small park, even though the risk is higher than I'd like 2) Go back to investing in SFH and/or duplexes try to make some more $ and then revisit buying a park 3) Find partner where we can buy a park with enough lots that it now makes sense to be in the park business.

I don't read to much into the initial contacts (people seem to have very different standards with how they communicate via email) other than if they're responsive.I usually don't let myself worry about the posting until about a week in, if response rates are low or if the candidates coming through the viewings are not qualified then revisit my assumptions keeping in mind the time of year, where we're at in the month & where my unit falls vs the market on price & condition.

Otherwise, you will have to revisit parts of the refreshment again when they exit.Furthermore, you will not be getting the increases anticipated if the changes are made during their tenure.This seems to be a situation where you are caught between managing from your head as opposed to your heart.
