I'd recommend hanging around local REIA events and getting to know some of the local players. 

The legal system purges the less competitive landlords, and prevents new player to come in.

@Sam NaoumThis is a very opened ended question and how to start is broadMost investors take 4-6 months of studying up on the process and understanding the business and who the players are.

They exist still for sure but bigger, better, more seasoned players already know how to find them.Where i'm giving deals to buyers is on the REO side for challenged properties.

If you look at the top players in turn key now they will not go anywhere near those price points .. just not going to work

What I love about this REIA is that although we mainly meet in the Walnut Creek and Danville area, he's doing a lot more web based meetups in order to be able to highlight key players in other markets. 

You all want to be successful, and working together is the best way to accomplish this.So, you need to attract these players and the best way to do this is providing value to them!
