I am considering an investment outside of my current market that will be used as an Airbnb. Looking for input from others on their experience hiring a property manager for an Airbnb.

My out-and-in state clients are not using a PM - and I don't advocate it.  The most important player in a successful AirBnb/vacation rental is - (you know this, right?) - the Housekeeper/Cleaning Staff.  You can do this business long distance very well AS LONG AS you've taken the right time to find the right person in this key role.  It's everything...
