I starting scouring the internet and bigger institutions and it seems the lenders doing HELOCs on investment properties has dwindled. 

Since this is a cruise, I won't have access to my cell phone and limited internet access(I get 30 minutes free for the trip and can pay for more as necessary).

I have been out of town and I did not realize I would be without internet service.

Granted it could have been user error, but it seems like it just didn't adhere well to the glossy nature of the laminate.  

@Valentina Woodson, I would try to find their phone or email via the Internet, social media sites, etc and if you do not have luck pay $10-$20 for a skip trace.
