As many have stated on BP,  Ice makers in Fridges can be a problem as when they start leaking it is hard to see and detect before damage is done.  

They don't want a buyer to walk through on a final walk through and not close the deal bc a fridge is missing.  

Also want to add a crown mold around top, and install a cabinet in corner to enclose fridge, as with the current configuration the fridge just sits in open and looks out of place.  

These would be my prices:All new appliances, including a furnace (Stove - 370, Fridge - 400, Dishwasher - 230, Furnace - 1350Possible layout changes (move a wall or two) - 500-1500New electrical and plumbing - Electrical - (if gutted) 4300 plumbing - (if gutted) 2300All new drywall, floors, fixtures, doors, cabinets, countertops, etc...

Hello BP,I had a fridge fail recently and it made wonder how others handle similar issues.

If not then list and sell don't waste your time dealing with a individual that by the sounds of it is going to be a financial problem.If he has problems paying due to regular bills how will he pay when the furnace or roof need replacement, stove, fridge, hot water tank.

Tenant:  ooo you installed AC for us, can we have a 6 burner stove or double door fridge.

I can tell you that for my condos which rent for about $1800/month, have a fixed $450 maintenance fee, no "roof", no heater, no A/C, with just a fridge and washer/dryer.

We have a bottle of bubbly in the fridge, 2 plastic champagne glasses, a welcome card, and a $10-$25 gift card to Target.

To worry about the little depreciations on the personal property (like the fridge) is moot.
