Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

It's still possible to BRRRR now, but the deal has to be muuuccchhh better and those are just much harder to find.People are still making it work in real estate though, primarily by getting more creative and often needing to add even more value to make the numbers work.

I am a rookie real estate investor eager to get into my first deal this year.

From then I knew real estate investing would be in my future.

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $174,000

Cash invested: $16,000

Bought a single-family home in spring of 2021. Rented it out for three years before...

Concerned, I asked my real estate agent if I should push for a price reduction.
