Does anyone know of any REI meet-ups in the Columbia md area.

I am originally from Columbia, if you ever have time i'd love to meet up and chat!

To be clear, I am no expert on the Columbia County real estate market (I'm a few hours south in Tampa Bay), and maybe you know something I don't.

Hi everyone, I moved to Columbia 3 years ago and I'm interested in trying to wholesale properties in the Mid-MO area.

I’m getting into real estate in the Columbia, MO area and curious what types of rentals seem to be working in this area.

My goal is to purchase one property in Columbia, Missouri before September 31st.

In my market of Columbia, South Carolina the competition for student rentals has really been heating up.

I owned on facility it had 44  10X20's with 7k sq ft of commercial on top.. its was not a metal storage type facility it was all brick and sticks built with sheet rock walls etc.. it was located right next to the Columbia river so my tenant were all house boaters.. ( its was great) I then put a condo plat on them and sold them off individually ( very nice play)  So the house boaters could add this Garage to their homes increased the value of the floating homes..
