Hello,
I am planning on buying a property in Independence MO for a buy and hold (as an OOS buyer). I would like to ask if anyone has worked with Mackaylee Beach ? #1 cash flow source before? I understand she was affiliated with USREEB in the past which has had mixed reviews. But I haven't been able to find any review with this new company she started. Any one has had the chance to work with her company or know of it? How about alpha one property management?

I am from Columbia, MO and have lots of friends in the KC area, Independence included. All I have to say is be careful, there are some really shady parts of Independence. You might reach out to other agents or PM companies and just see what they say about the area, the agent, and their company. Somewhere like Independence I would think most people have at least heard of someone or knows somebody who has dealt with them.
