I even once had someone track me down and call me when I was the previous landlord, and tenants that I had evicted listed someone else as the landlord with my address.

I am learning about turbo tenant and feel fairly confident I could manage most things using it (as long as tenants were able and willing to cooperate with using a computer/app) However I'd still like a property manager/company whose name, address etc is what is exposed on the lease agreement.

@Yiyi Zhang if you look at property records either online or at the courthouse, for each property besides providing the property address, it also provides the mailing address of the owner.

The only way to address this is with greater transparency, not stonewalling.Honestly, any lender who can't produce something more than a "generic testimonial page" gets a well-deserved "hairy eyeball" from me!
