Brick 3/1 lower, 2/1 upper. No leaks from roof or in basement. New mechanicals. Occupied so please do not disturb. No showings unless verified POF or a PA with an inspection contingency. Warranty Deed. Would prefer to use our own Title Company. LC is an option with $25k down. Not in any rush to sell. Prices are only going up. Serious Inquiries Only
